Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Ankur. No data is stored on advertising or tracking platforms.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By enquiring about, purchasing, or using services from NorthWeb Co., you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

NorthWeb Co. provides website design, development, and SEO services for local businesses. A project begins only after written agreement on scope, deliverables, and price.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% of the agreed setup fee is required before work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is due on the day the website is approved and ready to go live.
  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (₹) via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay.
  • Monthly SEO or maintenance fees are due on the 1st of each month.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all required content within 5 working days of project start.
  • Review and provide feedback within 3 working days of each revision.

5. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost. Additional revisions are charged at ₹500 per hour.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website content and design. NorthWeb Co. retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

NorthWeb Co. is not liable for loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from website downtime or third-party service failures.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Assam.

Refund Policy

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has started, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

2. After Work Has Started

Once active work has begun, the 50% initial deposit is non-refundable.

3. Completed & Live Projects

Once the website has been approved by you and gone live, no refund is available for the one-time setup fee.

4. Monthly Services

  • Monthly services may be cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice.
  • No partial-month refunds are issued.
